Hey there, fellow penguin enthusiast! We’re excited to get your Absolutely Chill Music merch waddling your way. Here’s the lowdown on how we ship our awesome stickers and posters:
Processing Time
- Most of our rad stickers and posters are printed on demand, meaning they’re made especially for you after you place your order.
- Because of this, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed with penguin love.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays (penguins need their rest too!).
Shipping Options
- We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. You’ll see the available choices and estimated delivery times at checkout.
- Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days within the USA and 10-14 business days for international orders.
- Need it faster? We also offer expedited shipping options for an extra fee.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- We sometimes offer free shipping promotions (because we’re cool like that!). Keep an eye out for those deals on our website and social media.
International Shipping
- We ship our penguin vibes all over the world!
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your penguin package’s journey to your doorstep.
Refund policy
Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, no worries! Just hit us up within 21 days of your order date with your order number and a pic of the issue. We’ll gladly hook you up with a replacement or a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
All our products are made-to-order. To keep our prices chill and our penguins happy, we don’t offer refunds for non-damaged items. This means that once your order is placed, it’s considered final.
Need a Different Size or Design?
While we can’t offer straight-up returns for non-damaged items, we’re happy to help you find the perfect Absolutely Chill merch. If you need a different size or design, reach out to us within 21 days days of your order date, and we’ll see what we can do to make an exchange happen.
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrived damaged.
- Downloadable products (like digital art or music files) are non-refundable.
